Supplier Register

To allow participation in the procedures announced by Biogem for the acquisition of works, goods and services, the list of economic operators has been established, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 36 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendment, as well as ANAC Resolution no. 1097 of 26 October 2016 "Guidelines no. 4", implementing Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, containing "Procedures for the awarding of public contracts of amounts lower than the thresholds of community relevance, market surveys and formation and management of lists of economic operators".

Registration is subject to completing and sending the online form, called "Registration of Suppliers", accessible from the menu at the bottom.

To communicate changes with respect to the declarations already made, or relating to the documentation provided at the time of the first request for registration in the List of Economic Operators, the operator must communicate it, within the thirtieth day from when they occurred, to the company certified email: biogem@pec.it.
