Our group deals with research on systems biology and cancer genomics. We develop new computational methods, aimed at identifying the main markers of tumor progression and drug resistance, by analyzing and dissecting molecular networks. Our main research project consists in the development of a systems genetics approach to define the immune landscape of glioma, based on single cell technologies.
